Meli&Moli can ship to the most International countries, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150+ to US (&Canada).

Order will ship within 3 business days, often sooner. During high-volume sales periods, your order may take up 5 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience for our small business.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or China holidays.

 Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your jewelry to you as soon as possible.

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to us. We will refund you for your order minus the duty fees. 

Please ensure your address is correct, as Meli&Moli cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

 

PACKAGE LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating, however it is the customer's responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to us at infomelimoli@gmail.com for assistance.
